Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect mails from one email account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email mailboxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails based on certain rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Just specify the electronic mail account you would like to redirect messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
